Welcome to our Design Technology (DT) curriculum page! At Petteril Bank Primary School, we believe that DT nurtures creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills. It empowers children to design, make, and evaluate products that solve real-world problems.
📚 Our Curriculum Approach
We follow the KAPOW Primary Design and Technology Scheme, which provides a progressive and engaging curriculum from EYFS to Year 6. The scheme ensures:
- Development of technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Opportunities to explore mechanisms, structures, textiles, food, and electronics.
